Let’s not forget the men.

Empowerment matters for them too.

Even today, men are still expected to carry a lot and to fit into a mold society has shaped for them.

They’re supposed to be strong, never show emotion, be capable of everything, and always available when needed.

But these outdated norms no longer serve anyone.

Men, too, have the right to step out of that box and to reclaim their identity, in their own way.
